W2-Power
Combines wave and wind power on a semisubmersible platform.
W2 Power is a revolutionary new concept that combines wave and wind power on a semisubmersible platform, resulting in a triangle offshore platform 90 meters on a side with a capacity of 9MW. The project is a result of five years of development by Pelagic Power AS, and is based on well tested proprietary wave power technology and a proprietary platform design. Being a semisubmersible, the W2 Power platform will be easy to deploy offshore, and combining wave and wind power gives a more stable and predictable power supply than wind power alone can provide. W2 Power is estimated to have a power production cost significantly lower than competing concepts.

The measurement data provided by ShipScan helps shipowners make better decisions regarding maintenance and repairs. This reduces the time later spent in dry dock and thereby reduces the time spent out of operation. Furthermore, ShipScan helps shipowners give insurance companies and classification companies better assurances of their vessels overall hull condition.
W-Power
Meet the increasing demand for renewable energy by developing small wind turbines for consumers
Energy consumption is growing rapidly world wide and even industrialized countries are struggling to keep up the production rate to match the increase in consumption. W-Power's idea is to meet this increasing demand for renewable energy by developing small wind turbines designed to cover the consumption of a household and offer it to house owners in areas with favourable wind conditions. A small wind turbine with an output of 3 kW will cover half of an average households power consumption. The wind turbine system will be connected to the utility grid. This makes it possible to sell excess output when production exceeds consumption and cover the underproduction when production is low.
